Summary

Cabo is a multiplayer card game. We don’t sell your data. The app connects you to other players either over the internet (relay server) or on the same local network (Wi‑Fi). We don’t require an account.

What the app processes

• Display name you enter in the lobby (shared with others in your session so they can see who is playing).
• Gameplay data needed to run a match (e.g. game state synchronized between players).
• Networking: online mode uses encrypted WebSocket (wss://) to a relay server. Same‑Wi‑Fi mode uses local network protocols so nearby devices can find each other—your system may show a local network permission prompt.
• Optional override for the relay server URL may be stored in the app’s settings storage on your device (for advanced testing only).

What we don’t do

• No ads SDK in this policy scope (if that changes, this page will be updated).
• No account system—no passwords stored by the app for Cabo itself.
• No deliberate collection of contacts, photos, or precise location for advertising.

Third parties

Online play relies on your network provider and the relay server operator hosting the WebSocket endpoint configured in the app. Treat gameplay messages as visible to players in the same session and to infrastructure needed to deliver them.

Children

The game is suitable for general audiences. Parents: use the developer contact or App Store reporting options linked from this app’s listing if you have concerns.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when it does.
